A brand under Lanark Cedar, TimberTough raised planters and fence panels are the latest addition to the products and services that we’ve been providing since 1954. Always looking to expand our products, TimberTough is made from Eastern Hemlock fence boards and Eastern White Cedar stringers for natural durability that withstands the elements and the test of time.
We founded TimberTough with the goal of developing a cost-effective, sustainable, Canadian-made solution with locally sourced materials and, of course, would be incredibly durable. From in-depth industry research and consulting with fellow professionals, we realized combining White Cedar and Eastern Hemlock would be the ideal option. TimberTough was created out of the need to provide pre-stained lumber, a product we noticed the fencing industry was lacking and was a popular request from customers. Since TimberTough’s creation, our products continue to impress our customers with their textured look, easy maintenance and high performance.
